(35) 26-0114 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Hector Gamez v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV25768. (This matter arises from a fall incident on November 29, 2021, on the roadway near 2722 West Avenue 31, in Los Angeles.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on February 3, 2026.)
