(32) 26-0107 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Nasser Pouladian v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22SMCV02554. (This matter arises from a December 8, 2021, sidewalk trip and fall incident near the intersection of Ashton Avenue and Westwood Boulevard, in Los Angeles.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on February 3, 2026.)
