(30) 25-0472 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled D’Jeon Rieux v. Los Angeles Fire Department, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV26690. (This matter arises from a complaint of Labor Code Section 432.7 and Government Code Section 12952 violations against the City.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Closed Session on February 3, 2026.)
