(28) 26-0104 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Krystal Shin, et al. v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV23442. (This matter arises from an incident involving defective playground equipment on February 12, 2022, at a City park located at 11075 Foothill Boulevard, in Lake View Terrace.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on February 3, 2026.)
