(38) 26-0089 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Martha Hermosillo v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 24STCV01961. (This matter arises from a February 10, 2023, trip and fall incident near the intersection of South Wilton Place and 15th Street, in Los Angeles.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on February 3, 2026.)
