Recommendation for Council action: HEAR PROTEST, APPEALS OR OBJECTIONS relative to a proposed lien for nuisance abatement costs and/or non-compliance of code violations/Annual Inspection costs, pursuant to the LAMC and/or LAAC, and CONFIRM said lien for the property located at 857 East 92nd Street.
