(49) 26-0094 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Luis Zambrano, et al. v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23STCV12892. (This matter arises from a June 30, 2021, incident involving the Los Angeles Police Department Bomb Squad.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on February 3, 2026.)
