Amendment to Contract Between the Board of Administration California Public Employees’ Retirement System and the City Council of the City of Calabasas Recommendation: Conduct second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 2026-421, waiving full reading of the text, authorizing an amendment to the contract between the Board of Administration California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) and the City of Calabasas (City) to provide Section 20903 (two years additional service credit) for local miscellaneous members.
