5. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4175 WITH YUNEX LLC FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAITNENANCE SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 4175 between the City of Montebello and Yunex LLC to increase the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement by $90,000; and 2. Amend the adopted Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget by increasing appropriations by $39,240 in Account No. 200-30-310-6040.50 (Gas Tax - Public Works - Streets - Contract Services-Street Maintenance); and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
