(2) 15-0989-S55 AD HOC COMMITTEE ON THE 2028 OLYMPIC AND PARALYMPIC GAMES REPORT relative to the 2025 Annual Report from the Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympics Games (LA28). Recommendations for Council action: 1. NOTE and FILE the Joint Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA) and City Administrative Officer (CAO) report dated August 25, 2025, attached to Council file No. 15-0989-S55, relative to the 2025 Annual Report from the Los Angeles Organizing Committee for LA28. 2. INSTRUCT the CLA and the CAO to negotiate a LA28 Agreement change that would tie the allocated contingency as a percentage to the budget, and therefore increase the allocated contingency as the budget increases.
