CONTRACT AWARD - ALLEY PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROGRAM, AND FINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 26-30, which will: 1. Find the Alley Pavement Rehabilitation Program, CIP Project Nos. 16316 and 15316 and 12305, categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 1 (Existing Facilities, 14 CCR section 15301) of the State CEQA Guidelines. 2. Award the Alley Pavement Rehabilitation Program, CIP Project Nos. 16316 and 15316 and 12305, contract to Eagle Paving LLC. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C26- 15, by and between the City of San Clemente and Eagle Paving, LLC., for the Alley Pavement Rehabilitation Program, in an amount not to exceed $338,400, in a form substantially similar to Contract No. C26-15 (Attachment 2).
