13.a RESOLUTION 2026-021 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO 98 EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF IMPERIAL BEACH AND THE SAN DIEGO UNIFIED PORT DISTRICT FOR MUNICIPAL SERVICES IN CITY PORTION OF THE PORT DISTRICT. (0150-70) Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-021 authorizing the City Manager to execute an Amendment to the Municipal Services Agreement between the City of Imperial Beach and the San Diego Unified Port District.
