Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 26-1222 acknowledging receipt of the annual Oceanside Fire Department report regarding the inspection of certain occupancies, including schools, hotels, motels, lodging houses, apartments, and certain residential care facilities, pursuant to Sections 13146.2 and 13146.3 of the California Health and Safety Code.
