(41) 26-0207 MOTION (RODRIGUEZ - PRICE) relative to funding of the Youth Development Department (YDD) 4th Annual Youth Summit in March and the 4th Annual Youth Expo in May. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $20,065 in the Youth Development Department (YDD) Fund No. 100, Account No. 1010 (Salaries, General) to Account No. 1070 (Salaries, As- Needed) within the same fund, to hire as-needed, part-time staff to assist with the planning and execution of the YDD’s 4th Annual Youth Summit in March and the 4th Annual Youth Expo in May. 2. AUTHORIZE the YDD to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections/clarifications/changes may be made orally , electronically or by any other means.
