RECEIVE AND FILE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FILE NO. 26-01, IN A FORM APPROVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY, WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AND THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR LEAD-FREE HOMES LA PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Receive and file Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) File No. 26-01; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
