10.B. Consideration of Letter of Support for California Assembly Bill 1786 It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. If desirable, sending a letter of support for California Assembly Bill 1786, the "Public Contracts: Best Value Construction Contracting for Counties, Cities, and Joint Power Authorities," on behalf of the City Council; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
