12.B. Consideration of Letter of Support for California Assembly Bill 1577, California Senate Bills 886, 887 and 978 It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. If desirable, sending letters of support for California Assembly Bill 1577, the “Data Center Energy and Water Transparency,” and California Senate Bills 886, the “California Technology Innovation and Ratepayer Protection Act,” 887, the “Data Centers and CEQA Clarity,” and 978, the “Large-Scale Energy Facilities and Electricity,” on behalf of the City Council; and 2.
