10.E. Award of Professional Services Agreement to BOA Architecture for the preparation of Plans, Specifications and Engineer’s estimates (“PS&E”) for Fire Station 61 Remodeling It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services agreement with Black, O’Dowd & Associates, dba BOA Architecture, for the preparation of Plans, Specifications and Engineer’s estimates (“PS&E”) for Fire Station 61 Remodeling in an amount not to exceed $106,700; plus $11,000 contingency for unexpected work; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
