1. 26-1289 Staff recommends that the City Council receive a presentation from Baker Tilly regarding the Capital Improvement Program (CIP), conduct a CIP prioritization workshop, and provide direction to staff on project priorities and funding strategies for inclusion in the upcoming Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget and five-year CIP. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS ON OFF-AGENDA ITEMS No action will be taken by the City Council/HDB/CDC/OPFA on matters in this category unless it is determined that an emergency exists or that there is a need to take action that became known subsequent to the posting of the agenda. The presiding officer may hear non-agenda items at any time after the 5:00 p.m. meeting is called to order.
