9. Five-Year Extension of Street Sweeping Contract with Valley Vista Services extend the term from July 1, 2026 to January 31, 2031 with annual CPI increases only and authorize the City Manager to sign the Fifth Amendment on behalf of the City in substantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
