C. ACCEPTANCE OF THE UPGRADING EXISTING TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM AT THE INTERSECTION OF BALDWIN AVE AND LIVE OAK PROJECT (CIP NO. P24-03) The City Council is requested to accept project completion for the Upgrading Existing Traffic Signal System at the Intersection of Baldwin Ave and Live Oak Project CIP No. P24-03. Recommendation: 1. Accept project completion for the Upgrading Existing Traffic Signal System at the Intersection of Baldwin Ave and Live Oak Project CIP No. P24-03 (“Project”) as performed by Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc. for a total amount of $575,550.00; 2. Authorize the City Manager to file a project Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to release a retention payment of $28,777.55 to Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc. within 35 days following recordation of the Notice of Completion.
