(15) 26-0320 The Committee may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Jernetta Houchins v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV38942. (This matter arises from a June 30, 2021 incident in which the Los Angeles Police Department Bomb Squad detonated explosives on East 27th Street in Los Angeles.)
