(31) 26-0394 The Committee may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Edwin Gonzalez, et al. v. Richard Kaufman, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23VECV01423. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident which occurred on September 16, 2022 at the sidewalk adjacent to 14303 Haynes Street, Van Nuys, California 91401.)
