Recommendation for Council action: AMEND the Council action of February 24, 2026 relative to a lien for nuisance abatement costs and/or non-compliance of code violations/Annual Inspection costs for the property located at 10721 West Wixom Street (C.F. 25-0160-S181) to: 1. RESCIND the Council action; and 2. CONFIRM the lien in the amount of $3,983.27
