8. Resolution No. 8591 -- A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Hawthorne, California Approving a Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard Inc. RECOMMENDED MOTION: 1. Approve the third amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard for the period of one year from 3/14/2026 to 3/14/2027 to provide security services for the Bridge of Hope Community Housing (BHCH) site. 2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep a record of documents necessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard. 3.
