Summary vacation of two adjacent Irrevocable Offers of Dedication (IOD) granted to the County of San Diego over Lot 4 and Lot 5 of Block 103 of Map 1547, along Sheffield Ave (449 Sheffield Avenue). Environmental Considerations: The project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the common sense exemption in Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because it can be seen with certainty that the activity will not result in a direct or indirect physical change in the environment. The project is also exempt under Section 15301 (Existing Facilities), as it involves only minor administrative action related to existing facilities and does not include any expansion of use or physical modification.
