Consideration of the 2025 Housing Element Annual Progress Report RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive and file the Housing Element Annual Progress Report for 2025, and direct Staff to transmit copies to the California Department of Housing and Community Development and Governor's Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation no later than April 1, 2026, as required by State law.
