(0600-20) Recommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-034, extending for one year, Regular Coastal Permit (CP-21-0003), Conditional Use Permit (CUP-22-0006), Design Review Case (DRC-21-0015), Site Plan Review (SPR-21-0016), and Tentative Parcel Map (PM-21-0016) for the Project located at 645 Florence Street (APN 626-242-22-00), subject to the conditions as specified in the attached resolution.
