1. Consider a report from the joint Infrastructure Management Advisory Committee (IMAC) and Financial Advisory Committee (FAC) subcommittee on the feasibility of reusing water extracted from Landslide Complex dewatering wells. (Bryden) (30 mins) Recommendation: 1) Receive and file a report prepared by a joint subcommittee of IMAC and FAC on the feasibility of reusing water extracted from Landslide Complex dewatering wells; and, 2) Determine whether Staff should return to the City Council at a future date with an estimated cost and impact analysis on other Capital Improvement Program projects in order to perform a detailed legal, regulatory, environmental, infrastructure, operational, staffing, and financial study on landslide water reuse by subject matter experts, in partnership with other public agencies to the extent possible.
