E. Consider ratifying payments for emergency services related to sinkhole repairs at the intersection of Hawthorne Boulevard and Indian Valley Road. (Copp) Recommendation: 1) Ratify payments for an emergency sinkhole response at Hawthorne Boulevard and Indian Valley Road during the period between February 11, 2026 and March 13, 2026 in the amount of $179,857 to Colich and Sons, L.P.; and, 2) Receive and file a report of all costs to complete the emergency work.
