21. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT WITH HINDERLITER, DE LLAMAS AND ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL AUDIT AND ANALYSIS OF THE CITY’S SALES, TRANSACTIONS AND USE TAX RECORDS. (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE contract for professional services with Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates for sales and use tax consulting and audit services for a total amount not to exceed $800,000, for a term of 5 years; and — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
