(23) 26-0400 The Committee may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Darius Colbourn v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23BBCV01822. (This matter arises from an August 11, 2021, incident where a street sign at the intersection of McCormick Street and Blakeslee Avenue in North Hollywood fell on Plaintiff.)
