(54) 26-0483 CD 3 MOTION (BLUMENFIELD - HERNANDEZ) relative to the issuance of revenue bonds for the 160-unit multifamily rental housing project known as West Hills Apartments (Project) located at 7556 Woodlake Avenue in Council District Twelve (CD 12). Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on March 17, 2026 for the Project. 2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION, to allow the California Municipal Finance Authority to issue revenue bonds or notes in an amount not to exceed $60,000,000 to finance and/or refinance the acquisition, construction, development and equipping of a 160-unit multifamily rental housing project known as West Hills Apartments, located at 7556 Woodlake Avenue in CD 12.
