Consideration of Award of Contract No. CITY-1527, Temple Avenue Reconstruction from Baldwin Park Boulevard to Railroad Crossing to Sequel Contractors, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $1,279,263.00, and adopt Notice of Exemption regarding same RECOMMENDED ACTION: Award the contract to Sequel Contractors, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $1,279,263.00, authorize the City Manager to approve change orders up to 10 percent of the contract, and adopt a Notice of Exemption regarding same.
