Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. APPROVE Recommendations II. B, C, D, E, F, G, I of the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) report dated March 24, 2026, attached to the Council file. 2. APPROVE Recommendations II. A and H as amended by the LAHD communication dated April 17, 2026, attached to the file. Fiscal Impact Statement: The LAHD reports that there is no impact to the General Fund. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
