(66) 26-0590 CD 13 MOTION (SOTO-MARTINEZ - HERNANDEZ) and RESOLUTION relative to issuing one or more series of bonds, in an amount not to exceed $35,000,000 to finance and/or refinance the acquisition of a 105-unit multifamily rental housing project located at 825 Hyperion Avenue in Council District 13. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on April 9, 2026 for the Project. 2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving the issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $35,000,000 for the purpose of financing and/or refinancing the acquisition of a 105-unit multifamily rental housing project located at 825 Hyperion Avenue in Council District 13.
