(59) 26-0583 CD 1 MOTION (HERNANDEZ - JURADO) relative to funding for coordinating enhanced graffiti removal and programming at Mac Arthur Park through June 30, 2026 as part of several efforts to improve the park. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $24,392 from the AB 1290 Fund No. 53P Account No. 281201 (CD 1 Redevelopment Projects - Services) to the Department of Recreation and Parks Fund No. 302/89, Account No. 89724H (Sports & Cultural Programming), Subaccount MacArthur for enhanced graffiti removal and programming. 2. AUTHORIZE the Department of Recreation and Parks to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
