Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $438 from the Council's portion of the Heritage Month Celebration and Special Event General City Purposes Fund No. 100-56 to the General Services Fund 100-40, Account No. 1100 (Hiring Hall), for services in connection with the observance of the Europe Day on May 8th, 2026, including the illumination of City Hall in blue and yellow.
