(50) 26-0565 CD 11 MOTION (PARK - RODRIGUEZ) and RESOLUTION relative to to issuing bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $15,000,000 for the purpose of financing, refinancing, and/or reimbursing the cost of acquisition, construction, improvement and equipping of certain educational facilities 73-unit multifamily housing development (Project) located at 11939-11947 Culver Boulevard in Council District 11. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on March 17, 2026 for the Project. 2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving the issuance and/or reissueance bonds in an amount not to exceed $15,000,000 to finance and/or refinance the acquisition, construction, improvement, renovation, furnishing and equipping of a 73-unit multifamily rental housing project known as 11939 Culver, located at 11939-11947 Culver Boulevard in Council District 11.
