(27) 26-0203 RULES, ELECTIONS, AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the attendance fee for City- appointed directors on the Metropolitan Water District (MWD) Board. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Nazarian - Lee): REQUEST the City Attorney to prepare and present an ordinance that rescinds section 8.132 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code for its inapplicability and to remove conflict of interest concerns relating to the attendance fee for City-appointed directors on the MWD Board. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
