PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER MULTIPLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SUBSIDIES (COMMERCIAL FACADE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM GRANT AGREEMENTS - CITY-WIDE ROUND 2 & NO MATCH EAST CARSON CORRIDOR PROJECTS) TO PROVIDE CERTAIN COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES WITH GRANT FUNDING (CITY COUNCIL) — 1. OPEN the public hearings; TAKE public testimony and accept any written and/or oral communication; and CLOSE the public hearings. — 2. APPROVE the funding agreements. — 3.
