10.E. Adopting a resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee to apply for, receive, and appropriate grant funds for the Next Generation Warning System Grant Program It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Adopting a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to submit an application to the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services for the Next Generation Warning System Grant Program, execute all grant documents, and accept and administer any awarded grant funds; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
