6. APPROVE SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONSULTING AGREEMENT FOR THE SOUTH ESCONDIDO ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-47 authorizing the Mayor to execute, on behalf of the City, a Second Amendment to the Consulting Agreement dated February 21, 2024 with STC Traffic, Inc. (“STC”) in the amount of $26,600 for the South Escondido Access Improvements Project (“Project”) which shall bring the current contract price to $486,176, and authorizing the City Engineer to execute additional amendments if needed for up to $30,000 which will bring the total contract price to $516,176.
