19. APPROVE ISSUING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 26-12 FOR ON-CALL PLUMBING SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize issuing Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 26-12 for on-call plumbing services; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
