21. APPROVE ISSUING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 26-14 FOR SECURITY AND FIRE ALARM MONITORING, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize issuing Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 26-14 for citywide security and fire alarm monitoring, maintenance, and repair services for City facilities; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
