4. Consider appointing members to fill vacancies on the City’s Advisory Committees and the Planning Commission. (Takaoka) (30 mins) Recommendation: 1) By majority vote of the entire City Council, appoint with terms of office ending in June 2030: A. Three members to the Planning Commission (PC); B. Three members to the Civic Center Advisory Committee (CCAC); C. Five members to the Emergency Preparedness Committee (EPC); D. Three members to the Finance Advisory Committee (FAC); E. Two members to the Traffic Safety Committee (TSC); and, F. Four members to the Infrastructure Management Advisory Committee (IMAC); and, 2) By majority vote of the entire City Council appoint one member to the Infrastructure Management Advisory Committee (IMAC) to fill an unexpired vacancy with a term of office ending in June 2028.
