APPROVAL OF A LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR THE JOINT POWERS INSURANCE AUTHORITY COALITION TO PROTECT COMMUNITY SERVICES The City Council is requested to consider and approve a letter of support for the California Joint Powers Insurance Authority, Coalition to Protect Community Services, advocating for liability reform in the state legislature.
