30. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ADL PLANNING, INC. FOR PROJECT NO. 1726: COMMUNITY CENTER COURTYARD AND EAST PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with ADL Planning, Inc. in the amount of $10,017.50 for additional design coordination and construction support services associated with Project No. 1726: Community Center Courtyard and East Parking Lot Improvements, and extend the agreement term by an additional 370 calendar days through November 1, 2026; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with ADL Planning, Inc. following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
