27. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY (SOCALGAS) FOR A NATURAL GAS SERVICE LINE EXTENSION AND GAS METER UPGRADES AT THE CITY’S CORPORATE YARD (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE a Service Agreement with Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) for installation of a natural gas service line extension and upgrade of the existing gas meter at the City’s Corporate Yard in an amount not-to-exceed $5,550.96; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute the Agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
