23. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A 5-YEAR CONTRACT WITH FRESHWORKS INC., FOR AN IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT (ITSM) SOFTWARE TO SUPPORT IT INCIDENT MANAGEMENT, SERVICE REQUESTS, AND WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE a contract with FreshWorks Inc., for an IT Service Management software to support IT Incident Management, Service Requests, and Workflow Management, for a total contract amount not to exceed $133,652 for a term of 5 years; and — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
